A CLAMPING firm has defended its actions after targeting young mums and gym users' cars during a bomb scare.
As the WHT reported last week, 11 cars were clamped by Parking Control Management (UK) when drivers were asked by police to park out of a potential explosion zone.
But PCM spokesman David Blake said the company acted in good faith and would not be refunding the drivers....more
